• 2 Assorted Steaks (Denver, Chuck Eye, Flat Iron, or Sirloin)
• 1 Assorted Roast (Chuck, Rump, or Chuck Arm)
• 1 Package of cutlets
• 1 Tablitas, Short Ribs, or Petite Tender
• 1 Pkg of Hamburger Patties (3 total 1/3lb. patties)
• 5 lbs. Ground Beef
