A classic TPB box! This box is approximately 15lbs. of beef and includes:

• 1 Ribeye (1.5" thick, approx. 18-21 oz.)
• 1 Beef Tenderloin Steak (Filet, 2" thick)
• 2 Steak Cuts (Sirloin, Denver, Flat Iron, Skirt, Flank or Bavette)
• 1 Roast
• 1 Petite Tender or Short Rib
