Looking to stock your freezer but don't have room for a beef share?  This is the box for you! This box includes your choice of approximately 14 lbs. (small) or 24 lbs. (large) of beef with the following breakdown:

• 25% Steak cuts (Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, Flat Iron, Denver, Skirt, Flank or Bavette Steaks)
• 25% Roast and other (Chuck Arm, Chuck, Rump Roasts, Tri-Tip, Picanha, Short Rib, Petite Tender, Stew, Chili)
• 50% Ground Beef
