My dad was a butcher before he retired, and was AMAZED and fully impressed the quality, cut, and flavor of these steaks. His only disappointment was that I didn't purchase more. Also order the inside skirt and they were incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. Weeks later my family is still talking about them. I am one of those people who usually cut the fatty pieces off a steak m, but the fatty pieces melted on your mouth. Incredible.
