The king of steaks! The Tomahawk is a large, thick bone-in-ribeye beautifully marbled. Like the ribeye, it comes from the beef rib primal section and is cut from ribs 6-12. The long bone is left attached to the steak resembling a handle and hence the reason for its name. Eating a tomahawk steak is an experience - treat yourself!
